If you have signed in to TimeHunt using your Google or Apple account and would like to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below. Game progress stored locally on your device is separate and can be removed independently.
What Data Is Stored?

How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to:

Please include in your email:
- The email address associated with your Google or Apple account
- A brief note confirming you want your account and data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.
To immediately remove all locally stored game progress:
- 01 Open your device Settings
- 02 Go to Apps → TimeHunt
- 03 Tap Clear Data
This removes all locally stored game progress immediately. Your Firebase account data will still need to be removed via the email request above.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your Google/Apple sign-in association with TimeHunt is removed
- Your Firebase profile data (UID, name, email) is permanently deleted within 30 days
- In-app purchase records held by Apple or Google remain subject to their own retention policies
- Ad interaction data held by Google AdMob is subject to Google's privacy policy
- Local device data is removed when you clear app data or uninstall
Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any in-game progress tied to your account will be lost and cannot be recovered.
