Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TimeHunt operated by Gamexa Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App
TimeHunt is a mobile puzzle game available on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools
- Not attempt to disrupt, overburden, or interfere with the App or its underlying infrastructure
- Comply with the terms of the platform you use (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

Accounts
Signing in with Google or Apple is optional. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not transfer or share your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

In-App Purchases
Virtual Items & Currency
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, power-ups, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the App, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world goods.
Billing
All purchases are processed by the platform through which you downloaded the App — either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment is subject to the applicable platform's payment terms. We do not store your billing or payment card information.
Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Once a Virtual Item has been delivered to your account, we are unable to offer refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by the platform's own policies:
- Apple App Store: Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Submit a refund request via the Google Play order history page
If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery of your purchase, contact us at gamexastudio@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of Virtual Items at any time. Prices are displayed in the App before you confirm any purchase.

Intellectual Property
All content within TimeHunt — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, text, and code — is the exclusive property of Gamexa Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Advertisements
The App is supported by advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamexa Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of Virtual Items or game progress.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
