This Privacy Policy describes how Gamexa Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use our mobile game TimeHunt ("the App"). We are committed to being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider, including your display name and email address. This information is also stored as part of your Firebase account record, along with a unique Firebase User ID (UID) assigned to your account. Sign-in is entirely optional; the game is fully playable without an account.
b) In-App Purchase Data
If you make an in-app purchase, transaction receipts and purchase records are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive confirmation of completed purchases (e.g. product ID, transaction ID) to unlock in-game content. We do not store your payment card details — all billing is handled entirely by the platform.
c) Automatically Collected Information
We do not directly collect personal data beyond what is described above. However, third-party services integrated into the App may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID, Firebase Installation ID)
- Approximate location (country/region, derived from IP address)
- Gameplay interactions used for ad targeting and analytics
- Device information such as OS version and device model
d) Local Storage
Game progress, settings, level data, and daily reward streaks are stored locally on your device using Hive. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy. We do not control how these third parties collect or process data.

Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including interstitial ads shown between levels and rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other signals to show personalised ads. You can opt out at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalised Ads

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Data Retention
- Local game data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- Firebase account data (UID, displayName, email) is retained as long as your account is active.
- Purchase records are retained as required by applicable law and platform policies.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you; opt out of personalised advertising; and withdraw consent for optional features such as sign-in. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
